November 13-17, 2017 is designated by the Department of State as International Education Week. This is an opportunity to celebrate the cultural diversity of Brooklyn College.

International Student and Scholar Services along with the Department of Health and Nutrition Sciences with the BC Health and Nutrition Science Club invites the Brooklyn College community to our:

- Sign up to share your food culture!

- See global cooking demos

- Taste international flavors

Faculty, staff, and students can participate in two ways.

1. Sign up to cook your favorite traditional dish. Choose a dish that takes less than 60 minutes to prepare from beginning to end. If you are interested, please use the subject line “Open Kitchen” and email iss@brooklyn.cuny.edu with your name, your food culture, and what you would like to share.
